Get Your Hairline Redesigned

Frontal balding, otherwise known as a receding hairline or widow’s peak, is one of the most common hair loss problems. This form of frontal hair loss is usually attributed to a condition known as male pattern hair loss, which is one of the most treatable hair loss conditions. This pattern hair loss is popular amongst men, however, in some cases women have been known to also be affected. If you would like more information on how to get rid of your receding hairline, call DHI today on 1300 787 563. Alternatively, you can book online for:

In male pattern hair loss, recession typically begins at the temple, gradually receding in an ‘M’ from the forehead. Male pattern baldness occurs when hair follicles are sensitive to the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Over a period of time follicles become weaker, finer and eventually stop growing altogether. Even though this is the case majority of men who experience advanced hair loss tend to still have healthy hair follicles in other areas (typically the back of the head).

Through early preventative action, our doctors are able to redesign the hairline and thicken affected areas before it’s too late. Our Direct Hair Implantation treatment has been specially designed to provide patients with natural results that will continue to grow for a lifetime. This is not a full hair transplant in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane but a smaller implantation session.

DHI Hair Transplant (Direct Hair Implantation)

Unlike with other hair transplant methods, Direct Hair Implantation requires no reception incisions or holes in the recipient area. Hair follicles are simply implanted directly into the area using the patented DHI implantation tool. With the use of this tool, doctors are given full control over the depth, direction and angle of each follicle.

Direct Hair Implantation does not include scalpels, nor does it require incisions or stitches. Each hair follicle is extracted using a specifically designed disposable tool with a diameter of 1mm or less. With such precision, our doctors are able to avoid trauma to the area and dramatically decrease the recovery period needed following treatment.

Here at DHI, procedures are carried out from start to finish by medical doctors. All our doctors have been trained and certified by the London Hair Restoration Academy – the one and only training Academy in hair restoration.
